I'll hold space for the hard stuff, help you make sense of your patterns, and gently challenge you when something isn't serving you anymore.

Background & Approach

I'm a Millennial therapist who takes a holistic, down-to-earth approach. That means I blend tools like CBT, EMDR, IFS, and nutritional interventions—but always tailor care to you.

I've been a practicing clinical social worker for nearly a decade, with experience across a variety of settings. I earned my MSW from the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare and am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. I offer therapy both in person and online to fit your life.

Therapy here isn't one-size-fits-all—you're the expert of your life, and I'm here to support you in making it feel more like yours.
