Unmasking ADHD

A Virtual Therapy Group for BIPOC adults in Missouri

Starting 07/11/2026 | Saturdays from 10-11:30AM | 4 online sessions weekly | $50/group

Mirah Gibson

Led by Mirah Gibson, LMSW

This group is for you if you are looking for a space to:

  • Explore how ADHD shows up in BIPOC adults beyond common stereotypes
  • Unpack cultural stigma, internalized shame, and the pressure to “push through”
  • Understand masking, overcompensating, and the cost of always holding it together
  • Learn practical tools and build systems that support your capacity and reduce burnout
  • Connect with other BIPOC adults who understand the layered experience

For many BIPOC adults with ADHD, masking isn’t optional—it’s something that’s been necessary to navigate environments with higher expectations and scrutiny. This group is a space to unpack that experience, understand the cost of masking, and find more sustainable ways to support yourself.
